Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 + package (DOE)

A leading Main Contractor is seeking a Senior External Envelope Manager for a major residential development in Henley-on-Thames.
The role will involve overseeing all façade and envelope packages across a large-scale live project, managing subcontractors, QA, logistics coordination and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple façade subcontractors
- Coordinating programme and logistics sequencing
- Chairing external works meetings
- Managing façade QA and compliance processes
- Liaising with design, commercial and site teams
- Monitoring progress and resolving site issues
- Managing EWS1 and warranty-related requirements
- Strong external envelope/façade experience
- Residential project background essential
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong technical and QA knowledge
- SMSTS & CSCS essential
