Passive Fire Protection Estimator Central London | Up to £80,000 + Package A well-established and growing contractor specialising in Passive Fire Protection is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join its Central London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced business with a strong pipeline of work across commercial and residential projects. You'll play a key role in pricing passive fire protection works, working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams to secure and deliver projects.
The Role - Preparing accurate cost estimates for passive fire protection works
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Carrying out site surveys where required
- Producing competitive quotations and tender submissions
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and the internal delivery team
- Supporting the commercial team throughout the tender process
About You - Previous estimating experience within Passive Fire Protection is essential
- Strong understanding of fire stopping, compartmentation and/or fire doors
- Confident interpreting drawings and specifications
- Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment
What's on Offer - Salary up to £80,000 (depending on experience)
