Responsibilities:
�� Oversee all aspects of new build projects and high-rise flats, from inception to completion. �� Lead and motivate on-site teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. �� Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression. �� Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. �� Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress.
Requirements:
