Salary: £60k-£70k plus commission – OTE £100k

We're in search of a Business Development Manager to spearhead our clients telemarketing and sales initiatives. This role is perfect for those with a solid foundation in Business to Business (B2B) sales, boasting at least three years of experience. While familiarity with the commercial electrical or related industries is a plus, it’s not a deal-breaker. Your mission will be to amplify the Business Development Team's targets, aiming for substantial growth and generating more appointments to fuel the sales engine.
This position is ideal for a Business Development Manager from a similar background, eager to be part of a fast-evolving team with eyes set on future leadership opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through targeted calls (aim for 2-2:30 hours of call time daily).
- Secure 30+ appointments monthly to bolster our sales pipeline.
- Elevate the company’s brand and expand market reach.
- Lead the recruitment and training of Telesales Representatives.
- Deploy and assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A compelling phone presence and clear articulation.
- Proven B2B Telemarketing experience.
- A self-starter, attentive to details, and highly motivated.
- At least 1 year of business development and construction industry/fit-out experience is preferred.
