The Role – Senior Quantity Surveyor:
You’ll lead the financial management of a major high-end residential project in Chelsea. This is a client-facing role where you’ll oversee all commercial aspects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with both the project delivery team and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing project budgets and cost control from inception to completion
- Producing detailed cost reports and forecasts
- Preparing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier packages
- Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Supporting the tendering process and procurement strategy
- Collaborating with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure commercial success
- Proven experience as a Senior QS, ideally within the high-end residential sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
