Our client
A £150m turnover business in the built environment—has promoted their Senior QS. They're not replacing that role. They're adding to it. Which means you'd be stepping into a team where the structure already works, the client relationships are solid, and there's genuine headroom above you. You'd run your own fit-out projects from day one, but you wouldn't be drowning in firefighting.

You've probably noticed that most QS jobs ask you to inherit someone else's mess. Here, the opposite is true. The team of four—one senior, two assistants, and you—is built on a five-year project pipeline that's already locked in.
That's not "potential growth." That's certainty. So what? You can actually plan your caseload instead of scrambling. Which means you'll have time to mentor, to bid strategically, and to take on the kind of work that builds your profile instead of just clocking hours.

THE REAL REQUIREMENT
You need fit-out experience, and you need to be genuinely ready to run your own projects. This isn't a training role. You'll have support, but you'll own the delivery. If that's not you yet, that's okay—but it needs to be soon.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Five years' minimum fit-out QS experience. Ability to run projects independently. That's it.
